Ken Elkins brings over 20 years of compassionate service to Texas seniors. As a Licensed Registered Nurse, Mobility Contractor, Ken bridges clinical knowledge with real-world home safety solutions.
He has served as a Clinical Liaison across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation units—meeting with patients and families at bedside to assess their physical and mobility needs before they discharge home.
Collaborative Discharge Planning
Ken partners directly with case managers, social workers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists to assess the safest home modifications based on a patient’s diagnosis. His experience in discharge planning ensures that every recommendation is purposeful and aligned with medical outcomes.
